个人简介
杨光,男,1987年5月出生,汉族,工学博士,机电工程学院,材料加工工程系,副教授,硕士生导师。2009年于四川大学金属材料工程获得学士学位,2012年于中国舰船研究院获得硕士学位, 2016年11月毕业于西北工业大学材料加工工程专业并获得工学博士学位2016年11月被遴选为陕西科技大学“青年拔尖人才”,在机电工程学院材料加工工程系进行教学科研工作。主持和参与国家级、省部级等项目十余项,其中主持国家自然科学基金1项,陕西省自然科学基金1项,中国博士后基金项目1项,企业合作项目2项,参与国家自然科学基金、“973”子课题、航空基金等项目9项。在国际材料加工类高水平期刊发表论文30余篇,授权国家专利9项。
主要研究成果
近年来在TiAl合金组织调控方面开展了系统的研究工作,采用可控凝固方法消除了高铌TiAl合金中的微观偏析,结合调质工艺突破了TiAl合金超细晶组织制备技术,提出了高温变形制备TiAl合金PST晶体的方法。
